A:  Click on setting icon (top right side of the app) – Go to Profile - Click on Login/ Sign up. You can sign up manually with your email and phone number or you can sign through Google, Facebook & Apple Id. 

Q: Is Bani Nirankar free?

A: Free content (Audio, Video & Live) is completely free for listening. However, there are certain PREMIUM Content ((Audio, Video & Live) for which one needs to buy paid subscription.

Q: Will Bani Nirankar works globally?

A: Yes, you can access Bani Nirankar on any network across the Globe. There are two types of subscription available – India & outside India. Indian Subscription will play the premium content only within the territory of India and outside India subscription will play premium content across globe except INDIA. Free content can be accessed from any part of the globe. 

Q: Where to watch the live Videos?

A: Live videos are available in Video section of the app.

Q: Can I Download songs and Videos on Bani Nirankar?

A: You can download songs by buying subscribing on our app. Post purchasing you can download unlimited content and listen to them offline till the time subscription is active. The downloaded songs remain in the Bani Nirankar App only and cannot be transferred to any other device. Once your subscription expires the downloaded content will be disabled, however whenever your subscription will get activated, the downloaded content will be auto enabled. 

Q: Where can I see Downloaded songs?

A: Click on setting icon (top right side of the app) – Go to Preference - Click on offline downloads.

Q: How to create playlist on Bani Nirankar?

A: To Create a playlist Click on My Collection Square Tab next to video icon , then go to playlist – Add New Playlist – Give your playlist a name – Go to audio or Video – Click on Playlist icon ( next to play button) – Add Audio or video in the playlist.

Q: What are the payment modes available?

Q: How to use Promo codes in Bani Nirankar?

A: Promo Codes are discount codes which will help you in getting more discounts on the Subscriptions. To use Promo code – Click on Setting Icon – Go to preference – Click on My Subscription – Choose Subscription type – Select. a package – Add Promo code – your discounted value will appear – Click on subscribe to purchase the subscription with Promo code. 

Q: What are the various subscription packages?

A: Bani Nirankar currently offers two (2) plans – Audio, Audio + Video. We offer different packages like Weekly Pass, Monthly Pass, 3 Months Pass, 6 Months Pass and One Year pass. Packages are available to be purchased in USD & INR (as per your current location).

Q: How can I get Refund?

A: Once subscribed, you cannot cancel the purchased Subscription and the Subscription fee/price is non-refundable unless otherwise determined by the Company from case to case basis or required by the Indian Consumer Law.

Q: How to change/edit my profile on Bani Nirankar?

A: Click  on setting icon - Click Profile - Edit now. You are only allowed to change your name and Phone number.

Q: Can I change my registered Email address? 

A: All your data is mapped to the email id which you had registered with us at the time of sign up on Bani Nirankar. Your complete data (including subscription & Downloads) will get deleted if you change your email id. 

Q: Can I Gift Bani Nirankar Subscription to family and friends?

A: Yes, click on Setting Icon – Go to Gift card – Click on your location (India or Outside India) – Select subscription (Audio, Audio + video) – Select Package – Subscribe. Once subscribe you will get a GIFT CODE, which you can share with your friend or Family member and they can redeem this code against the Bani Nirankar subscription. Single Gift Code will be valid only to be used once.
